This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am-5 pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch
35 hours a week

Job Description

Immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of real estate as an Administrative Assistant and Junior Marketer. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, combining crucial administrative tasks with creative marketing initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in managing property listings, coordinating with vendors, and developing engaging social media content. Responsibilities
  • Create and manage comprehensive property listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform
  • Coordinate seamlessly with various vendors, including photographers, house cleaners, and sign placement companies
  • Collect, organize, and maintain essential documents such as seller’s disclosures and property information
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials and social media content using Canva
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to promote listings and enhance the agent’s brand
  • Manage efficient communication with sellers and other stakeholders throughout the real estate process
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing appointments related to property listings
  • Track and report on marketing performance and listing statistics
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate administration or marketing, with knowledge of MLS systems preferred
  • Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design and content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexibility to work in Central Time zone (Dallas, Texas area)
