Role Name: SEO and Marketing Assistant

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break

With a robust client base of around 60 accounts, we’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our expanding operations and contribute to our clients’ success.

Job Description

As an SEO and Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our high-performing SEO and development teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of digital marketing, honing your skills in WordPress management, SEO optimization, and client relations. You’ll be entrusted with managing multiple client accounts, running essential reports, and ensuring smooth operations across various marketing channels. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their expertise in digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize WordPress websites using Elementor for a diverse client base
  • Conduct on-page SEO optimizations to boost client visibility
  • Generate and organize comprehensive SEO audit reports using specialized tools
  • Oversee and update Google Business profiles for multiple clients
  • Create and schedule engaging content for Google Business profiles
  • Assist in keyword research and location-based reporting to inform client strategies
  • Compile and distribute monthly performance reports for approximately 60 clients
  • Support the core SEO team by handling administrative tasks, freeing them to focus on high-level strategy
  • Search stock images that will be sent to the content creation team
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and reporting software
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts
  • Strong time management skills and capacity to work independently
  • Excellent communication abilities for effective team collaboration
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and a dynamic workload
  • Familiarity with home services industries (HVAC, roofing, plumbing) is a plus
