Digital Customer Service team in CX is specialized to omni-channel customer service and customer communication solutions like contact centers, virtual assistants, video meetings, meeting scheduling and other solutions that improve in customer communication. Our services include consulting and solution deliveries based on leading technologies (like Genesys, Vonage and Boost.ai) built by us together with our partners.

Your contribution and background 

We are searching for an experienced person to take an expert role in our digital customer service solution deliveries. As a Genesys Cloud Solution Consultant, you will be designing and implementing business critical contact center solutions for large Nordic customers according to the market best practices.

An ideal candidate would have experience in Genesys Cloud implementation projects preferably from the finance or public sector and has technical background either from software or contact center development. A successful candidate has some of the following attributes:

  • Genesys Cloud Certified Professional - certificate.
  • Experience from at least 2 different Genesys Cloud implementation projects as a developer, a solution consultant, or an architect.
  • Experience on Agile web and API development.
  • Experience on Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience on integration back-end solutions to Genesys Cloud.
