Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Value Consultant to join our Global Value Practice to engage with our customers and customer-facing teams to identify, plan, and measure the value of achieving their outcomes with Autodesk. You will report to the Global Practice Leader in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
You will use value-based methodologies to identify customer goals, value metrics, and proposed solutions
You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value proposals to justify investment in solutions
You will collaborate with sales, success and customers to create compelling executive presentations to secure funding for their programs
You will help customers and sales & success teams with success planning, value tracking & measurement, and confirming value realized from Autodesk investments
Contribute to customer case studies and success stories.
You will advise, coach, and help customer-facing teams deliver a value experience for customers across the entire lifecycle
You will create scalable and repeatable tools, methodologies and best practices to enhance value management capabilities within the team and across the company
Storytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
The ability to explain strategy and concepts to a wide array of audiences including executives, practitioners, and our customer-facing teams
A consultative approach to sales and customer success and an excellent relationship skills
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in value, management or strategy consulting, professional services, sales, solution engineering, value engineering or customer success
3+ years direct engagement with customers in Senior Management, Executive, or C-Suite roles
Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and able to conduct independent research
Experience explaining financial models, conducting executive level conversations, and value methodologies
Experience coaching customer-facing teams
You have an ability to simplify complex technical information for a variety of audiences
Experience in sales, success, or value consultant roles for a technology company
Experience with outcome-based selling and approach
Desire to collaborate across geographically diverse teams
Experience with change management methodologies
Background in related industry

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $118,100 and $191,070. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
