Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an Italian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant, available to work remotely from anywhere in Greece. If you are fluent in Italian and have a knack for providing support in emergency situations, this role is tailored for you!

As an Emergency Roadside Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients in distress. Your role is vital in ensuring that clients receive immediate and effective support when faced with roadside emergencies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer emergency roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients promptly and professionally.
  • Assess each emergency situation to determine the appropriate response and support required.
  • Coordinate with local roadside assistance teams to facilitate prompt service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and services provided.
  • Provide reassurance and clear instructions to clients while they wait for assistance.
  • Update client information and assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company services and procedures to offer the best client support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Familiarity with technology and software commonly used in customer support and roadside assistance.
