THE ROLE
Certinia is led by some of the most influential tech leaders and minds in the world of business apps. Our sales team is made up of smart, driven individuals who understand complex SaaS sales cycles and can execute like they’re part of a billion-dollar brand.
We are looking for an Account Executive with high energy, character, and polish to grow our expanding sales team.
This is an opportunity to work with the best people, selling incredible products at a Company that offers a culture of collaboration and support.
Remote or Hybrid, our sales team spend their time split between remote working, or one of our fabulous offices (London or Harrogate) and of course with customers!
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Achieve/ exceed sales quota through proactive, successful development and management of prospect and customer relationships
- Build a strategy that reflects, and delivers, consistent quarterly achievement across the entire account base
- Have some experience managing complex SaaS sales-cycles, presenting the value of our applications to C suite audiences
- Drive successful collaboration across all internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver consistent and accurate forecasting and maintain all sales cycle activities within Salesforce.com in accordance with Certinia’s sales process and methodology
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our partners, in particular within the Salesforce ecosystem, to develop go to markets
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Ideally you will have technology/ SaaS software sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving/exceeding quota. That said we would also consider proven sales success from other industries if you have a passion for transitioning your skills into the world of Software Sales.
- Experience self-generating new business and the ability to identify, build relationships, and some experience selling into C-Level Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high growth business environment
- Self driven, high energy sales with an exceptional business acumen (financial and operational)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong Executive presence and presentation delivery
- Services domain experience a plus, with an active network of peers and sales prospects
- Active network within the Salesforce ecosystem is also a plus
