Job Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound prospecting: Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads with 5 + years experience. 
  • Strong research skills: Ability to research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify sales opportunities. 
  • Proficiency with sales tools: Familiarity with CRM software, lead databases, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing tools for lead management. 
  • Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and nurturing leads. 
  • Data management skills: Experience in maintaining accurate lead databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to track performance. 
  • Team collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and support overall sales objectives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify and qualify leads, using tools like CRM software and LinkedIn. 
  • Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to gather information and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments, coordinating calendars and ensuring high attendance rates. 
  • Nurture leads by maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and moving prospects through the sales funnel. 
  • Manage and update lead databases, generate reports, and analyze data to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and enhance messaging and targeting strategies.
