Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools. Experience with video editing software is a plus. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects, including digital and print media. A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and design high-quality graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and presentations. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels. Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to conceptualize and execute design projects. Create visually compelling stories and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message to the target audience. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity. Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet project requirements and client expectations. Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.
