Job Brief

Our client, a global leader in integrated investment management solutions, boasts over decades of industry expertise and a diverse team of more than 3,000+ professionals worldwide is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to enhance their services in the global Front Office market, specifically focusing on the FIX protocol to support their growth. The team delivers comprehensive business solutions throughout the client's journey, ensuring impactful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the FIX protocol lifecycle including onboarding, operation, and updates for various trading types across all asset classes, ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
  • Handle system configurations for FIX order flows, conduct certification sessions, customize FIX settings for new requirements, and maintain documentation and records of certified functionalities.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field with over 5 years of experience in the IT Finance sector and deep knowledge of the FIX Protocol.
  • Familiar with the front office trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and network troubleshooting. Experience with XML file configurations and multitasking under tight deadlines is essential.
  • Strong independent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and teamwork orientation. Experience in a global, matrixed organization and fluency in English are preferred.
