Job description

Our client an international based organisation is seeking a passionate, results-driven, and dynamic individual to join their team as a National Sales Executive for South Africa. This challenging role requires an individual who can actively seek out and engage prospective clients while embracing the opportunity to pioneer and grow with a new specialty tire brand in South Africa. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in the Agricultural Tyre market. Remote position.

About our client:

Our Client is a leading specialty tire producer. Supplying tires to more than 100 countries worldwide since 2002. With sales offices in the United States, Europe and Australia. They produce high-performance tires for Agriculture, Material Handling, and Construction vehicles.

Job Profile:

  • Previous experience working with Agricultural Tire Manufacturers in South Africa is preferred.
  • Proven track record in selling predominantly Agricultural Tires to After Market dealers/distributors and OEM companies.
  • Established connections with a substantial number of dealers/distributors, OE companies, and the capability to recruit dealers from the onset.
  • Sales approach focused on value proposition over pricing.
  • Understanding and readiness to put in the necessary work and effort required to establish the company in the South African market.
  • Ability to establish new dealerships, effectively manage sales, and drive revenue and profitability for the company.
  • Development and implementation of strategic business plans regularly updated based on market dynamics and trends.
  • Identification of new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Collaboration with various departments to achieve strategic goals, including Marketing, Finance, and HR.
  • Analysis of competitor activities and development of effective Go-To-Market strategies
  • Proficiency in analysing sales information and preparing comprehensive reports for the Senior Team.
  • Effective use of technology platforms like Pipedrive CRM for customer management.
  • Efficient management of expenses and team leadership, providing valuable feedback and support

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in the specialty Tire Service Industry (B to B) and Agriculture.
  • Management of a dealer network in a specific region within this business sector.
  • Proven success in building sales with a new brand, including recruiting national accounts.
  • Proficiency in technology-based platforms such as CRM and ERP.

Package: R80 000 - R100 000 CTC Per month (Includes Vehicle Allowance + Home Office Allowance)
