Service Titan is seeking an exceptional Sr. Salesforce CPQ/Billing Engineer to join one of the fastest growing tech startups in Southern California, backed by the best VC firms in the SaaS space. The Sr. SalesforceCPQ (Configure Price Quote)  Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CPQ solutions in Salesforce that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, as well as extensive experience in CPQ implementation.

What You’ll Do:

  • As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SFDC CPQ application.

  • Design, configure, administer and customize SFDC CPQ application. Well versed with Apex code, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and VisualForce Pages.

  • Develop and maintain technical design documents.

  • Responsible for owning system configuration and user setup as needed. Configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches and dashboards.

  • Experience in creating/updating system documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases and deployment plans as needed for the engagement.

  • Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system.

  • Work with Scrum Master, Product Analysts to scope work and produce estimates.

  • Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support.

  • Working with SFDC support to resolve issues with CPQ and related applications. Maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.

  • Ability to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ functionality.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product catalog, pricing, quotes, contracts, and billing.

  • Experience in CPQ Data Migration.

  • Programming background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Java.

  • Enterprise integration architectures such as SOA, RESTful, ETL

  • Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles.

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
