Job Title: Account Lead
Location: Turkiye, Ankara

About the role:

In line with Takeda product strategies and plans, to convey the medical information about the products and services in its portfolio to the relevant health professionals in the field of responsibility in the most accurate way, to make planned visits and to report back.

How you will contribute:

Role Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • To convey the up-to-date clinical data to the health professionals under their responsibility by making regular visits

  • Effectively implementing Sales and Marketing strategies in the field for the relevant products

  • Carrying out the key customer management strategy

  • To carry out scientific promotional activities for the healthcare professionals in their responsibility and to convey the necessary medical information approved by the Takeda medical team

  • To promote the products to healthcare professionals within the scope of the indications approved by the official authorities and to ensure widespread awareness of the products

  • To represent Takeda in the best way, by effectively implementing the promotional strategies for the products in the field

  • Developing innovative projects for all the units responsible in line with the business strategies, especially at the identified key units, and implementing them with the relevant healthcare professionals and relevant internal stakeholders

  • Ensuring that all the specified processes are carried out in accordance with the Takeda Code of Conduct and Compliance

  • Creating and updating segmentations through the CRM system, making relevant reports on time, creating and updating the desired business plans periodically, creating and sharing regional and center sales analyzes when requested

  • To utilize digital projects and aim to be a role model in this field

  • Being a Quality Ambassador communicating product quality issues to Quality Team in a timely manner

  • Training & Compliance: Timely completion of all mandatory global trainings and compliance with Takeda policies & procedures

  • Speak-up for Integrity: Raising concerns in a good faith to Ethics Line, first line manager and/or E&C Team

What you bring to Takeda:

Qualifications

  • University graduate from a 4-year program

  • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Preferably experienced in the therapeutic field)

  • Preferably to have at least intermediate level of English

  • Having the documents deemed necessary by the health authorities - Having the certificate for UTE and therapeutic area requirements

  • Having knowledge of MS Office programs

  • To have a class B driver's license and to be able to drive actively

  • Completed military service for male candidates

  • To have up-to-date medical knowledge and to be open to development and change

  • Being competent in planning and time management

  • Having strong communication skills

  • Being prone to teamwork and communication with cross functions

  • No travel restrictions

  • To have knowledge about hospital tender processes (for Oncology, Gastroenterology, Immunology therapeutic fields)
