Technician II - Warehouse
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•
•Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control. Ensures adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.
•Performs inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand. Management of excess stock physically and on JDE in line with Accounts procedures, Maintain JDE stock accuracy.
•Issue of parts and material to Work Orders - The issue of parts to Sales Order using JDE / Bar code.
•Ensure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.
•Management of excess stock physically and on JDE in line with Accounts procedures, Maintain JDE stock accuracy.
•Coordinate and assists in the unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
•Perform handling and Issuance of chemical products and raw materials
•Close coordination with the purchasing associate regarding the return and / or replacement of defective or wrong deliveries.
•Coordinate and assist in the loading of finished goods for shipment.
•Conduct regular inspection of the warehouse premises to check security and condition of materials stored therein.
•Safeguard inventory against breakage or other damage and loss on account of pilferage.
•Maintain and update stock cards and inventory records; Prepares periodic reports on inventory balances; encodes transactions on real-time basis to ensure real-time inventory.
•Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouses.
•Participate in company programs such as 5s and complies with safety regulations and quality management systems.
•May act as a member of the Emergency Response Team and provides support when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Must have completed at least Vocational course or 2 years in college.
•1 to 4 years experience in warehousing.
•Working knowledge in any of the warehouse operation (shipping, stockroom)
•Knowledge in cycle count
•Working knowledge of JDE/Barcode process
