Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and develop high value partnerships to grow the Southwest US (Southern California, Nevada, Arizona) body shop count.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify shop prospects and effectively communicate our value proposition to them.
- Develop relationships with Vendor Partners by acting as a trusted advisor and capitalize on those relationships to increase sales.
- Lead contract negotiations between CSN and shop owners
- Knowledge of market share analysis and territory management skills
- Market Research: Perform a wide range of analysis to gain in-depth understanding of our market’s needs and potential customers’ expectations.
- Manage the sales process across the region, ensuring onboarding, contract renewals, communications, workflows, and reporting structures are met.
- Work with the executive team to strategize, forecast and exceed annual sales targets.
- Drive brand awareness by identifying and participating in events and activities that increase the profile of the CSN brand.
- Active within the industry to ensure relations are built with executive leaders in key organizations.
- Become a subject matter expert with our reporting tools including the ability to produce detailed reporting
Requirements
- Must have 3- 5 years of sales experience in collision repair or adjacent industry
- Auto Body, Automotive or Collision Industry Experience is preferred.
- High track record of sales success
- Requires occasional travel to CSN’ s HQ in Canada, passport will be required.
- Commitment to continuing education in topics related to business strategy, leadership, and sales

Work environment and other requirements
- The role will be based out of a home office, however, the incumbent must be based in Southwest US, whereby the necessary tools and equipment will be provided
- Must have a valid Driver’s license and able to secure valid business class vehicle insurance
Travel requirements
- Travel up to 50% will be required to meet with prospective licensees, customers, and to attend industry events, flights and overnight stays required
- Daily travel will be primarily driving alone for extended periods of time between prospective shop locations
