Key Responsibilities
  • Answer emergency calls from Slovak-speaking customers needing roadside assistance.
  • Assess the situation by gathering critical information to ensure timely support.
  • Coordinate with local roadside assistance teams to deliver prompt service.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the response process, providing updates and reassurance.
  • Document all interactions and actions taken for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak and English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for effective communication.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with customer service technologies is a plus.
