• Provide expert recommendations on travel destinations, available flights, and exceptional airline services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication platforms, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
• Address and resolve travel-related inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings for efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest airline promotions, travel trends, and industry news to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• No prior experience necessary; a passion for travel and eagerness to learn are essential!
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
