About the role

We’re looking for an Accountant II to join our growing team!

What you’ll do here:

• Perform variance analysis on expenses (actual/budget/forecast).
• Perform closing activities (accruals, prepaid, allocations of expenses, etc.).
• Act as a power user on any matters related to the Online Planning tool (annual maintenance, testing, documentation and support).
• Participate in various report production.
• Ensure availability of reports, full Team Employee figures and other key information to partners.
• Participate in cost centres and general ledger accounts maintenance.
• Improve and document processes.
• Assist on ad hoc projects and requests.

What you bring to the table:

• Accounting designation (or in pursue) or any combination of equivalent education and experience
• 2 to 3 years related experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Connaissance d’Excel, niveau avancé
• Bilingualism (French-English). You will be interacting regularly with colleagues from across the country. 
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
