About the Role
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in our DTC marketing efforts, with a primary focus on leading our retention programs. This role will oversee lifecycle marketing, subscriptions, loyalty, and retention, while supporting other strategic cross-functional areas.
In this role, you’ll create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that put the customer first and align with DTC revenue goals. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver excellent customer experience at every touchpoint and tailor customer messaging to build brand affinity and support the marketing department.
The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience working with DTC email service providers such as Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze. You’re not afraid to do the work required and understand how to deliver the right message at the right time across all marketing channels. You also have experience collecting and deploying data-driven insights that drive revenue performance, not just pretty dashboards.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience marketing as a manager in e-commerce; CPG industry experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of email/SMS marketing, subscription programs, omnichannel communications, and loyalty programs.
- Experience leading and executing strategies across the entire customer journey from cold traffic – consideration – acquisition – retention.
- Demonstrated experience collecting first-party data as a part of data-driven marketing insights strategy.
- Proficiency in email/SMS marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Yotpo, with a strong track record of driving incremental improvements throughout the lifecycle marketing stack.
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics 4, Post-purchase Surveys, and Data Analytics Platforms.
- Hands on marketer who knows how to balance getting the work done, managing external agencies, and working cross-functionally with marketing teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000-120,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
