Job Description:
Main responsibilities include:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems and control and protection systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for scalability and efficiency for cyber security.
- Design, develop, and maintain system-level software, including operating systems and network protocols.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for major IT developments.
- Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, integration, and testing of complex systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Ensure systems meet business objectives and enhance business effectiveness.
- Communicate the impact of emerging technologies to clients and advise on their potential introduction
- Responsible for budget, time and quality within own area of responsibility
- Active collaboration with overall Engineering Management as well as support functions, other involved Production managers, Project Leads and project engineers, support exchange of information, strengthen collaboration.
- Drive requirement engineering in own area of responsibility
- Actively promoting the model-based engineering process
- Acts as a driver for the implementation of Best Practices and Lessons Learned
- Organize procurement of deliveries and engineering packages
- Drive and Manage Document handling from spec-Phase to as-built
Requirements for the role:
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications
· Masters in IT/Software/Computer engineering or equivalent
