As a Technical Senior Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of Docuvera CMS.
You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that meet our clients' needs while optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers in best practices for developing and implementing Docuvera solutions.
Architectural Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, robust solutions that align with business goals and regulatory standards.
Development: Write clean, efficient code while overseeing the implementation of Docuvera features and functionalities.
Integration: Manage the integration of Docuvera with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system reliability.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce testing protocols, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including design specifications and user manuals.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Docuvera CMS and Customization in Docuvera.
Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data management practices.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs) and frameworks.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to various stakeholders.
