Overview:
We are a 50-person, fast-paced, highly energetic IT Consulting company located in Dallas and Denver. BNC has been providing IT project services as well as supporting the entire IT infrastructure of businesses in their markets for more than twenty five years.
BNC is looking for a Director of Sales with excellent sales skills to handle a territory goal and also lead a small, growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively sell, motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals for our markets. If you have proven experience increasing year-over-year team revenue, all while maintaining your own personal quota, this is for you.
Working out of our main office in Dallas, you will lead a team of 2-3 professionals dedicated to driving B2B sales in the markets we service.
Coaching and skills development of team members is a key part of the Director of Sales role. You will be managing our outbound program and BRD along with 1-2 outside sales reps.
