As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Vendr, you be a collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and establish the vision for how prospects, free users, and customers interact with the Vendr brand via automated distribution channels.

You Will:

  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy, roadmap and execution for free user engagement and growth, as well as marketplace users
  • Love coming up with creative copy that hooks readers and drives loyalty to the Vendr brand
  • Be a champion for the customer experience, unifying touchpoints across teams and systems to deepen customer and user engagement with Vendr
  • Work with Product, Growth, and Content teammates to develop creative conversion paths and strategies for building our contact database
  • Develop effective methodologies to segment users to personalize communications

You Have:

  • 8+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or email marketing in SaaS or consumer products companies.
  • Demonstrated experience owning lifecycle programs for PLG and/or two-sided marketplace companies (B2B or B2C). Lifecycle email at minimum, multi-channel preferred.
  • Expert-level experience in HubSpot and migrating to ESPs—you bring a perspective on the best tools for the target audience and their journey. You also love nerding out on dynamic content and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with data from DSPs (we use Segment) and CRM (we use Salesforce) to trigger hyper-targeted lifecycle programs.
  • A clear vision for measuring the impact of lifecycle marketing on customer acquisition and LTV, and proven experience setting up the reports and dashboards to visualize your KPIs.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,500-$157,500.
