What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Deal Desk Senior Manager that has industry experience in the software security space and is passionate about helping drive top line revenue through creative deal strategies and building new approaches from the ground up. The ideal candidate has experience in deal pricing, structuring complex deals, thinking out of the box and has expertise in discussing recommended deal structures with Customers. 

What will you do?

  • Owns RF(X) Process and Loopio application maintenance, including working with the subject matter experts to continually update the content library.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Deal Desk related RFP items.
  • Assist in process improvement projects, including coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop training content for Sales, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the content is current.
  • Maintain excellent, detailed documentation over the Deal Desk approval and deal structuring process.
  • Support the Accounting and FP&A teams during quarter reviews, annual audits, and preparation of Board materials, by providing input, answering questions, and providing clarification on deals or Deal Desk processes.
  • Develop positive relationships with the sales teams with the goal of being a trusted advisor, collaborating on deal terms often while taking the lead on complex, enterprise deal terms
  • Work as a liaison between multiple groups, such as sales, product, customer success, and finance to help facilitate the deal process
  • Collaborate and share best practices across geographies/regions

What experience and skills you should bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • 10+ years of experience in a deal desk, contracts, legal, sales operations, or a revenue role.
  • Software/SaaS/subscription experience a plus
  • Salesforce Knowledge required 
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences.
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs & Google Slides
  • Knowledge of working in a multinational environment and understanding of international operations
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities
  • Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods and multiple time zone

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

$140,000$193,000 USD
