As an Account Manager at 1E, you will play a key role in managing existing customer relationships, driving growth, and expanding annual recurring revenue (ARR). You’ll be the main point of contact for your customers, guiding them through the entire sales cycle and ensuring they experience the full value of the 1E platform.
How You’ll Achieve Success in This Position:

Understand customer needs through direct conversations, identifying their business challenges and opportunities.

Present 1E’s value through tailored demos, presentations, and strategic discussions.

Implement the 1E sales process to guide prospects through the sales cycle, engaging the right stakeholders at every stage.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering and other resources to address technical questions and demonstrate deeper product capabilities.

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through whitespace analysis and strategic upselling.

Accurately forecast sales opportunities, maintaining clear communication with the Sales Management Team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience in managing customer relationships and driving upsell opportunities in a B2B environment.
- A track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with both technical and business users.
- A team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Critical thinking skills and a passion for solving customer challenges.

Familiarity with CRM tools and best practices in sales forecasting.
