Role Overview:

 

The Distribution Technology Strategy and Enablement lead will build a technology strategy and roadmap to drive effectiveness and efficiency across the distribution organization. We are seeking someone with Salesforce experience who can drive short and long term value by enabling improved tools for workflow, tracking, and data management that can drive improved behaviors, results, and insights.  This role will require an understanding of our roles and organization; a deep understanding of salesforce technology; and a passion for process improvement, change management, and results.  This role will require strong collaboration, organization, influence, listening, communication, and a passion for incremental improvement/evolution.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Responsible for the distribution technology strategy and roadmap, as well as, alignment with current processes and adoption of these technologies
  • Determines the effective engagement and communication model to collaborate with distribution partners
  • Responsible for capability definition and requirements
  • Establishes strong relationship with matrix partners such as IT (delivery), Service (collaborator), Operations, etc.
  • Drives prioritization and sequencing decisions for Distribution based on expected value and organizational strategic alignment
  • Ensures proper support from Policy & procedures, communications, training, and leadership to drive  capability delivery timelines, success metrics, and financial impact targets
  • Drives maximum value realization of the technology  
  • Monitors portfolio of in-flight work to ensure that initiative teams are held accountable to committed targets
  • Facilitates discussions with senior stakeholders to clear roadblocks and achieve consensual decisions to enable continued execution

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5-10 year of Salesforce Experience preferably within a Group Insurance carrier
  • Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems; uses education and/or equivalent experience and may use ground-breaking methods to think beyond existing solutions
  • Has responsibility for making and driving significant decisions that impact the strategy and performance within an area
  • Communicates and negotiates with the most senior levels of management to influence decisions

Pay Transparency

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
