Join our team as a Joint Operations and Intelligence Regional Desk Officer.
In this role, you’ll review reporting from classified and unclassified intelligence streams every day as you build assessments that reflect the priorities of your portfolio. You'll develop specific products by request and propose your own, coordinate with analysts on our team and across the intelligence community (IC), brief warfighters, senior policymakers, and U.S. IC members on our analytic lines, and engage with foreign partners. Thanks to our mentoring and training resources, you'll also be able to hone your skills to mature into a stronger analyst and IC consultant. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with strategic intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training
- Knowledge of U.S. IC and Combatant Command environments
- Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients at the tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings
- Ability to follow a shiftwork schedule alternating among days, nights, and weekends
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience working in intelligence, Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience working in intelligence, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in intelligence
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
