We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Insights Analyst to join MNTN’s Business Intelligence Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing scalable data and analytical solutions in the form of actionable dashboards, insights, strategic & operational reporting, analysis, and business modeling. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders in support of the Customer Success (CS) organization to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and improve decision-making through your insights, analysis, and modeling.

What you’ll do

  • Entrench yourself within the CS organizations to understand their data needs, help them make data-driven business decisions and influence strategy.
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into insights and actionable recommendations for business executives and stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs to measure the health and success of the CS organization.
  • Create self-service business reports and dashboards within Tableau, Salesforce, etc.
  • Manage projects to deliver data solutions to the CS organization.
  • Interpret key metrics to identify business risks & opportunities by developing a strong understanding of the drivers behind MNTN’s Customer journey.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and fellow Business Intelligence team members to influence and guide development roadmaps.
  • Establish relationships and processes with teams in the Revenue organization as well as Revenue partners (Finance, People Team, Product, etc.)
  • Business modeling including analyzing data, testing hypotheses, root causes analysis, what-if analysis, etc. used to influence Business organization decisions
  • Assist in defining, implementing, and tracking MNTN’s CS Incentive Compensation and Performance Management processes and practices.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience working as a business/financial analyst in operations supporting Revenue teams, experience in SaaS preferred.
  • A problem solver with a passion for data and analytics in support of driving business decisions
  • Insatiable curiosity, always thinking why/what-if, driving a test and learn process
  • Comfortable working with leaders and stakeholders of all levels, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to business audiences of all levels.
  • Prior experience in support of the CS organization preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Salesforce and Tableau Required.
