Job description

Share PLM is looking for a skilled PLM Business Consultant to join our international team!

Would you like to learn and grow professionally in a technology startup? We are looking for new talent to join our Share PLM team!

We are a young, energetic company that works between two main disciplines. On the one hand, we provide consulting services primarily related to Product Lifecycle Management.

On the other hand, we facilitate businesses’ digital transformation journeys through eLearning training development.

Our company is Spanish but our customers are spread out across Europe and the US. Our team is made up of a diverse group of nationalities with our team members living in different countries in Europe. We have no physical offices, so we work 100% remotely. The good thing about working remotely? You have the flexibility to create your own work schedule and adapt

your hours to your lifestyle. The bad? You have to have your morning coffee alone (or at least virtually!).

You will be closely collaborating with our customers to help them to manage the change that a PLM transformation generates in the organization. Your goal? To support them and their teams in enabling change.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects related to change enablement engagements, supported by Share PLM’s change enablement framework.
  • Attend and drive workshops, create reports, and facilitate project delivery.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of KPIs for team members and customer projects.
  • Support and increase the overall account performance with improvements of working processes and Share PLM’s framework.
  • Actively advise Share PLM's clients to enable change in transformation projects.

Requirements

  • You are a fluent communicator in English.
  • You have extensive proven experience with PLM software and digital transformation, collaborating with clients and advising them towards their digital transformation objectives.
  • You are located in Spain.
