Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Polish-speaking clients regarding airline loyalty programs, including memberships, rewards, and redemption opportunities.
  • Assist clients with queries related to flight bookings, upgrading services, and managing their loyalty accounts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues by providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and assist in program promotion initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with airline loyalty programs, changes in policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance overall client satisfaction and program engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of airline loyalty programs and their benefits is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a close-knit team.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work hours that cater to client needs, including weekends if required.
