Responsibilities

Create and maintain strong connections with German-speaking clients to understand their unique needs and aspirations
Onboard new clients with enthusiasm, providing training and support for a smooth transition
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and proactive service
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that will enhance client value
Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
Monitor customer success metrics and provide feedback to improve services
Stay updated on industry trends to offer valuable insights to clients

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients
Strong understanding of customer needs and an ability to deliver personalized solutions
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and friendly attitude
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
