About the Role:

As a Product Manager in the Machine Learning team, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap for our 2025 strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, ML engineers, and marketing, to ensure seamless development and delivery of cutting-edge ML solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in an exciting industry, applying ML to e-commerce personalization, recommendation engines, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of the machine learning product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Partner with data science and ML engineering teams to define clear requirements and feature definitions.
Champion ML projects that include customer segmentation, recommendation systems, and personalization algorithms.
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to define and prioritize feature enhancements based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Work closely with agile teams to manage sprints, triage bugs, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Drive cross-functional communication, ensuring all teams have clarity on project goals and expectations.
Constantly track metrics and KPIs to measure the success of ML initiatives and continuously refine the product.

What You Bring:

2-5+ years of experience in agile product management, ideally in ML-driven products.
Experience working with machine learning models and e-commerce personalization features.
Strong understanding of how ML models can be reused across platforms to solve customer challenges at scale.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other agile tools to manage product backlogs and sprints.
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with AI/ML trends and integrating new advancements into product strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
