Job Title: VP, Relationship Manager - Investment Management (Remote)

Position Overview

As a VP, Relationship Manager for AIM (Advyzon Investment Management), you will assume a pivotal role in fostering and managing client relationships while championing our suite of investment management products and services. This position is tailored for an ambitious individual with a robust background in sales and relationship management, coupled with strong strategic and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, gaining insights into their needs to deliver customized solutions.
  • Actively promote and cross-sell AIM products and services to existing Advyzon technology clientele.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Drive executive engagement and stakeholder management to enhance existing client relationships.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining budgetary and quality standards.
  • Identify and act on business growth opportunities, partnering with the sales team to formulate effective strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary mitigation plans.
  • Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders regarding project statuses and outcomes.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to pinpoint areas for enhancement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support team members, encouraging a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management and/or sales roles, preferably in financial services.
  • In-depth experience in wealth management and investment management, with a proven record in successful client relationship management and project delivery.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the aptitude to effectively manage teams.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
