Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee high-quality data through effective governance, consistent analysis, and proactive measures.
• Assess, implement, sustain, and enhance IT systems to improve business operations.
• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure for peak performance, including server security and domain management.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Spearhead strategic IT initiatives aimed at long-term enhancements.
• Engage in negotiations with vendors, manage IT expenses, and execute informed build versus buy decisions.
• Implement security protocols and ensure dependable data backups, incorporating measures against spam/phishing, multi-factor authentication, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with SaaS providers to resolve issues and outages affecting our platform while developing preventative strategies.
• Manage and refine the company's knowledge base, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all users.
• Occasionally develop and maintain API integrations between IT systems for seamless data flow and functionality.
