We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join the growing Loyalty team within the global Marketing organization, working across the Foot Locker brand portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Lifecycle Marketing, both defining and executing on your vision to understand customer needs, meet them where they are in their shopping journey, and drive long-term customer relationships.

This is a high-profile initiative with senior-level visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, analytical aptitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think ‘start-up’ within the organization). A passion for putting the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized, data-backed customer journeys at all stages of the customer lifecycle to deepen our relationship with Members, including identifying customer needs, translating those needs into messaging strategies and identifying the right point and channel in the customer journey to surface that message.
  • Lead campaign reporting & analysis to inform the business and shape future strategies.
  • Define success metrics, analyze results, and share actionable insights with executive-level leadership.
  • Dive deep into user data and analyze customer behavior to create targeted strategies for each cohort to drive desired behavior through segmentation and personalization, identifying new touch points and optimizing existing flows.
  • Partner with CRM, Data & Analytics, Creative, Global Technology Services, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing and other internal partners on campaign development and execution.
  • Build test & learn strategies for program communication and engagement tactics.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team by fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/University degree required
  • Must be a native English speaker or fluent in English (verbal and written). Additional language knowledge a plus (French/French Canadian, Dutch, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Luxembourgish, Korean)
  • Direct-to-Consumer email experience required; experience with the Bluecore ESP preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in the CRM space
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong project management skills, able to think strategically while also executing flawlessly
  • Rigorous attention to detail, able to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Eye for creative development and design
  • Collaborative spirit; ability to build relationships and influence across a highly matrixed organization
  • Customer-obsessed and curious owner who embraces data-driven decision making
  • Experience directly managing and developing people
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Adept in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $90000 - $100000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
