Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assurance Services Staff Accountant to become a vital member of our progressive and expanding team. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned audit or review tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Engage in Assurance Services team meetings to discuss project progress and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Develop audit planning documents, including comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Conduct assurance services as directed by supervisors.
  • Accurately prepare individual and business tax returns.
  • Maintain orderly tax files in the Engagement/Document system.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
  • Capability to perform assurance services effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and actively participate in meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, with a strong focus in accounting.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting.
  • CPA certification or candidacy is desired.
