As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis within our esteemed Auto Finance division, you will significantly impact the financial trajectory of our business. This role presents a rare opportunity to engage with all facets of our organization, interpret intricate data, discern valuable trends, and shape strategic decisions alongside senior leadership. You will be instrumental in articulating the narrative of our Auto Finance division to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead a team dedicated to constructing and managing sophisticated financial forecasting models, ensuring the identification and analysis of key variance drivers while delivering insightful recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate data-centric insights to both finance and business leadership, influencing investment and operational strategies in alignment with our corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate across various functions with business and analytics teams to identify and seize new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct ad-hoc assessments of industry trends and strategic alternatives to inform decision-making.
  • Articulate and advocate for financial strategies to decision-makers at the highest organizational levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Auto Sales & Finance analysis and modeling.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of FP&A experience managing a full P&L within the Auto Sales & Finance sector.
