Job Overview
At CoreBridge Solutions, we are looking for a seasoned Bilingual Digital Project Manager who excels in managing complex web development projects and facilitating effective collaboration across globally distributed teams. This role requires robust project management skills, a deep understanding of web technologies, and the ability to lead diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the full lifecycle of internal web development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high standards of execution.
Coordinate and integrate efforts across cross-functional, global teams, including developers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
Implement Agile methodologies, conduct sprint planning sessions, and review meetings to ensure projects are on track and adaptable to changes.
Adapt project management processes and web technologies to suit project demands and team dynamics.
Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project delivery and outcomes.
Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines and goals.

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in managing digital projects, particularly focused on web development.
Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools, such as ClickUp and Jira, and familiar with CMS platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, capable of managing and coordinating with diverse and distributed teams.
Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE II are preferred.
