We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Product Support Specialist (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Product Team.

Your role in BizAway
  • Act as direct contact with all the other company departments through our Internal Support Desk, managing various types of requests like information,reporting of potential issues, asking for help and manual operations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot requests received through our Internal Support Desk, escalating bugs and issues to our Engineering team, ensuring they are marked with the appropriate urgency and priority.
  • Collaborate and advocate with Product and Engineering to proactively improve the product based on user Feedback, ensuring long-term reliability

Your basic qualifications
  • Yuo must be smart,emphatic,and eager to learn.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing complex issues and driving them to resolution
  • Proficiency in data analysis and queryng,with the ability to interpret data and logs
  • You have experience with logging platforms
  • You are familiar with APIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,you know how to work in a team 
  • Confidence with English (written and spoken level B2)

We are also interested in 
  • Experience in the travel industry or in enterprise settings 
  • Knowledge of programming basisc will help you perform at your best
