Your Mission:

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to support our Backend and DevOps team. This team works on core services, data pipelines, third-party integrations, developer quality of life, and quality assurance processes. This role focuses on enabling our competent, high-agency team to move faster by helping gather stakeholder needs, define clear technical requirements, and support planning and execution.

You bring with you:

• Great stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand, visualize, and correctly explain complex technical problems.
• Ability to set actionable goals and measure for success.
• Solid understanding of software development, including experience working closely with engineers.
• Hands-on technical expertise and coding skills.
• Deep understanding of agile and lean methodologies.
• Strong skills in project management, including cost and time estimation methodologies.
• Effective communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in managing projects in a full-remote environment.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to collect requirements, clarify needs, and translate them into actionable technical specs for the development team.
• Support the team in planning, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth execution without introducing bottlenecks.
• Support in improving the quality of life of the product team by evolving the development process and adopting new tools and practices.
• Set project goals, measure progress, and report on them to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Have a hands-on approach, with occasional involvement in coding to support the team.
