The opportunity
At EY tech.collective, we are looking for a Product Brand & Communications Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a hans-on role and You will be enabled to optimize the way our teams work and empowered to pursue innovative solutions to real world problems by making use of your amazing product brand & communication design skills.
Key responsibilities
As our new Product Brand & Communications Designer at the tech.collective you will play a key role in projects that are crucial for EY’s strategy:
Own, design and improve the tech.collective brand

Brand values, that inspire (and reflect) the team, EY and the industry

Tone of voice, so we all speak consistently, with authority and joy
-
Visual position and expression, sharpen how we look and feel
-
Connect our brand to the design of our products – creating a cohesive brand experience
Own, plan and design a communication strategy

Create on-going plan/playbook for communication ‘traditions’
-
Product updates
-
Team development updates
-
Knowledge sharing
-
Follow-ups
-
Community updates both online and in-person
-
Swag, internal brand activities and internal media space (screens, rollups), brand amplification
-
Technical status updates (how to manage communicating when things go wrong)
-
External EY site
Design and publish timely and valuable communication in line with your brand and your communication strategy

Design data and knowledge sharing artefacts for internal and external consumption; ppt, email, social, publications, dashboards

Internal and external social media updates such as; assets and copy for LinkedIn posts, Viva Engage posts

Take it further by identifing new spaces for us to broadcast our message; events, Reddit, Medium, others
Support internal events we plan and host

Help with the look, feel and brand style

Ensure that the event (all com., presentations, etc.) are in line with values, brand and tone of voice

Prepare digital visual assets and printed assets
Support the team to activate your strategy by

Encouraging and supporting them to communicate amongst themselves, to EY and externally

Identifing events we should be at both as attendees and participants
-
Getting product managers, engineers and designers to be active in engaging with your strategy

Our brand is clear and relevant

The tech.collective is becoming a trusted product development team and knowledge experts in designing effective tax and law software within EY and externally in the financial services and SaaS product industry

Visible and regular communication and an active internal and external community

The team are working with you to execute your brand and communication strategy – the team takes pride in the brand and finds purpose in executing in accordance with the brand strategy

[Stretch] make some of the work you do a potential billable line item e.g. knowledge, dashboards

What we offer

Flexible work environment: This role is Copenhagen based, and we would love to see you at the office at least twice a month. Other than that, you will have the freedom to work from home or remotely according to your needs and preferences.
