Your Mission You will be working with a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) enterprise service management software that specializes in 15 Product Line areas or modules to automate the business world. IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), SAM/HAM (ITAM) applications, all provide forms-based workflow application development and there are 11 more.
Your day to day will consist of creating automated business processes with the power of Coding and help solve issues our client's users may have with the platform. In a nutshell, your main mission is to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
You will develop these skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Web based Application development (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS)
- Systems Integrations (REST and SOAP API solutions)
- Automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium and Q-Unit.
You will face clients from different cultures, learn how to engage customers, manage your own time, improve your attention to detail, learn how to solve complex problems and gain professional empowerment.

Requirements: - Software engineer, technician, technologist or related Education Certificate.
- Experience in development with ServiceNow, particularly with ITSM & Service Catalog tools is preferred.
- Experience working under ITIL framework. Certification preferred (foundations v3 or v4)
- 4+ years of experience working in software development.
- Advanced JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 Skills.
- 3+ Years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Ability to develop new knowledge with ease.
- Organized & Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to share knowledge and assist teammates.
