Job Title: IME Quality Analyst (Remote Position)

Job Overview

We are in search of a committed IME Quality Analyst to oversee various elements of the medical file review process. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that client inquiries are addressed with precision and that reports are both accurate and compliant with established standards. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate a dedication to fostering a positive work atmosphere that enhances client satisfaction and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality audits by reviewing reports and relevant medical records for completeness, ensuring all client queries are answered.
  • Collaborate with reviewers for any additional clarifications required.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to address further inquiries and provide regular updates on referral statuses.
  • Guarantee that reports are grammatically correct and free from typographical errors, adhering to the quality assurance checklist before finalization.
  • Format reports appropriately for approval.
  • Act as an effective communicator among clients, reviewers, and the Operations team.
  • Confidently discuss peer review content with medical professionals and clients.
  • Undertake other responsibilities and special projects as directed based on operational needs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication abilities with a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the capacity to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills is essential.

Qualifications

  • An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with operations related to Peer Review, Utilization Review (UR), and/or case management.
  • Experience with technology-driven processes in a business context.
