Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to support the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies using various channels such as job postings, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Oversee the sourcing, screening, and coordination of candidate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team members across different programs.
  • Generate detailed reports and perform data analysis to provide insights for stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to strengthen company branding.
  • Research new job boards and sourcing strategies to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
  • Enhance recruiting processes and maintain clear documentation.
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends to recommend process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, Crowdsourcing, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Experience with ATS management and implementation of recruitment automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. BA, Process Engineering, HR).
  • Prior experience with AI and Localization recruitment in corporate or tech industries.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to analyze data and act upon it.
  • Multilingual proficiency.
  • Experience in a startup working environment is beneficial.
