Responsibilities
You Will:
- You will make sales calls to infertility specialists (IVF Doctors/reproductive endocrinologists), embryologists, nurses, and account/clinic/center management team and administration.
- You will communicate to these professionals the benefits of using CooperSurgical Fertility Solution’s products & services in their practice and/or IVF Center. Total Solution selling is a must.
- You must compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports and submit them to their Fertility Solutions Regional Sales Director in a complete fashion.
- You will implement your sales plan to obtain goals within their assigned territory.
- Individual must complete the training requirements of the products, procedures, and the applications of those products. You will pass both interim and final examinations and demonstrate to Training and Sales Management that their clinical and product knowledge, proper use and clinical applications of all Products is within Company Standards.
- You will Drive Total Solution Selling, capitalizing on the diverse product and service portfolio offered by CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions
Qualifications
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or professional experience in reproductive health.
- 1+ years working in a sales team, medical team, or other related job in the IVF/genetics field. Experience in the REI/Fertility space will be considered.
- Embryology experience encouraged
- Documented ability to grow sales and succeed in previous sales positions.
- Travel up to 50-70% if required and based on territory
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint), Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Presentations), and CRM Tools.
- The individual must also maintain medical documentation and a good documented health profile in order to allow them the ability to comply with customer requirements within their territory.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000, with a total earnings potential of up to $162,000 at target. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
