As a senior analyst in the Partner Contact Center

  • Executes work for routine and unique situations through analysis of multiple sources of information and resources, applying functional policies, regulations, and in-depth subject matter expertise.
  • Looked at as subject matter expert for multiple workstreams, and provides advising to all levels of the organization on multiple workstreams.
  • Handles highly confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and integrity, identifies areas of information risk, recommends appropriate solutions to leadership team and supports solution implementation
  • Understands functional goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), how their own performance impacts these results, and how their work impacts cross functionally.
  • Understands business activity and is able to identify implications of decisions for designated area of responsibility.
  • Proactively researches to stay current on regulations and company policies, practices, and procedures. Provides proposals to adapt approaches and processes and to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Diagnoses customer and partner issues, determines appropriate solutions in complex, varying, and

unique situations; looking beyond immediate problem to determine wider implications. Resolves escalated issues and raises issues and trends to leadership.

  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in own workstream and implements with leadership alignment. Balances and prioritizes work across multiple workstreams.
  • Applies strategic time management skills, troubleshoots obstacles, recommends and implements solutions.
  • Adapts to shifting priorities independently and in a timely manner, and develops plan to meet competing priorities
  • Actively develops strong and trusting relationships with own team, peer groups, customers and cross-functionally, and collaborates within team and cross-functionally.
  • Clearly communicates and documents complex business problems and solutions for cross-functional use, and documents internal standard operating procedures.
  • Managing through a high volume of interactions, creates personalized experience for each customer, in complex and sensitive situations.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. 



The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
