Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Search and Paid Social Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

The Role

  • Launch and A/B test new Meta ad campaigns to identify successful strategies for driving business results.
  • Independently optimize Meta and Google campaigns based on data trends such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
  • Manage and enhance Google ad campaigns across various formats, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Video.
  • Proactively recommend best practices and optimizations to clients based on campaign performance.
  • Monitor and track common challenges in Meta and Google ads, providing detailed reports on performance to clients.
  • Create comprehensive reports in Excel or Google Sheets using advanced formulas and visual tools for regular client updates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams for asset collection and feedback.

The Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns based on client goals and data insights.
  • 1 year of experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping Campaigns, and Video.
  • Proficient in calculating key paid media KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
  • Skilled in creating real-time and historical reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track paid media trends.
  • Experienced in analyzing Meta and Google ads data to make proactive recommendations and adjustments.
  • Familiar with Google Merchant Center, ensuring product pricing alignment and effective budget monitoring and optimization.

  • Experience with Health and Wellness and/or Physical Products with high AOV
