As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System, you will be responsible for:
- Performing installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP system and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignment.
- Assisting and managing of ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
- Performing frequent travel on international or domestic on short notice given at times
- Handling special projects as assigned
- Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a Technical Degree or equivalent or 5 years of ALS, Completions, or Wireline experience
- Be a leader on the rig
- Overcommunicate with customers and internal Baker team.
- Have ALS, Completions or Wireline background
- Have extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment. Completions background a plus.
- Have analytical skill to route ESP problem during troubleshooting
- Have valid offshore experience
- Have ability to use basic computer programs to complete daily paperwork flawlessly
- Have Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills
