Job description

The Installation Manager will manage the installation of new and renewal business sales. This position is responsible for leading and managing tasks from post-sale tasks to an active client. The Installation Manager will focus on completing set-up milestones, reporting to the assigned Account Executive and supporting group specific escalations throughout the year. This position will also function as a liaison between the client/broker and Curative during the installation process.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Providing support to the Account Executive and be a focal point of contact for the installation of new And Renewing Groups Through:


  • Performs discovery to gather all new client implementation requirements.
  • Collaborate with Brokers and client groups to ensure that all parties are up to date on implementation status and have clear actions for the next check-in that are aligned with onboarding success.
  • Implement detailed work plans, tracking schedules, resource plans, and status reports for each new client group.
  • Ensure all group documents are completed and submitted.
  • Expertise in company’s solution offerings and represent these offerings in customer communications.
  • Attending and running enrollment meetings both virtually and on site when required as a back up to the account executive. Serving as a subject matter expert for Curative Health Plan benefits, implementation processes and procedures.
  • Complete and coordinate new client and renewal documentation updating Salesforce and other client management systems.
  • Ensures all new client implementation tasks are completed on time and with high quality.
  • Manage onboarding of new clients by aligning on processes, data sharing requirements and standardized implementation procedures.
  • Become an ENav enrollment platform expert.
  • Acts as a liaison between account Executive, broker, and leadership as well as various internal departments to ensure all deliverables are completed within established turnaround times.
  • Coordinate and implement the activities of group installation to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall.
  • Assist in the coordination of onsite baseline visits.
  • Set up employer portal access.
  • Lead and Facilitate Implementation calls setting expectations and results.
  • Nurture relationships long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently escalate and close group and member concerns and issues that are brought to our attention via the broker or group while tracking and trending such concerns and issues.
  • Act as organization implementation project manager by collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive successful implementation of unique client concessions, such as: Performance Guarantees, billing grace periods, administrative notices timeframes, etc.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Active General Life and Health Insurance License
  • Knowledge of state specific Health Plan Benefits
  • Detailed oriented with experience Salesforce, or other CRM system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish bilingual -preferred but not required)
  • Possess excellent diplomacy and people skills.
  • 3 years’ experience in Health Plan Sales, Benefit Counselling or Account Management
