The Role

Liftalk is seeking experienced Arabic Speaker- Relationship Coaches to join our global community of dedicated coaches. As an Arabic Speaker-Relationship Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, providing expert guidance to individuals seeking assistance in various aspects of their relationships. We encourage coaches with expertise in different fields to apply, as we value diverse perspectives and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 online relationship coaching sessions to clients.
• Address a wide array of relationships, including romantic, platonic, family, and parental dynamics, and sensitive topics.
• Offer empathetic guidance tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Actively listen to clients' concerns, provide comfort and support, and offer expert advice and actionable solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and integrity in coaching sessions.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and research in relationship coaching.
  
  

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• Preferred female candidates with proficiency in Arabic. While knowledge of English is an advantage, it is not mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Coach, with a focus on various relationship dynamics
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to coaching.
• Ability to tailor coaching techniques to individual client needs through text, voice, and video calls.
• Coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in other training fields is an added advantage.
