Your mission
- Automation: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier, Make or Notion
- Integration: Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Webflow and other tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows
- Monitoring: Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Training: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices
- Documentation: Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use
